Off the lounge is a small conservatory area with views to the beach with storage housing items such as beach towels and ice packs. There is a well fitted kitchen for all your self-catering needs with oven/hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom one has a king size double bed and bedroom two has two twin beds comfortable for 4 guests. This apartment is a couple of minutes walk to Shoreham beach and is so ideal for families. This is in a non permitted area which means FREE PARKING in nearby roads. This is in a great location and a walkway into Shoreham high street with all of its shops, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Close by across the road from the flats is a convenience store and also the Longshore Restaurant by the roundabout. As you go into Shoreham there is Bridge Inn which is lovely on a summers evening overlooking the river Adur. For local transport you have the 700 Coastliner bus that can take you to Worthing, Littlehampton or the city of Brighton and Hove along with Shoreham railway station. While you stay you can always visit the South Downs with its spectacular walks.
Testimonal: We stayed at one of the West Beach Properties in Shoreham at the weekend. The apartment is in one of the 50s blocks that are common in that area. It was modern, light, welcoming and well equipped, with comfy beds. The communication with Kim at West Beach was great, the property was easy to find. It was good to have parking and the beach was a minutes walk. I would recommend, if you are looking for a quiet seaside break, but with pubs and restaurants nearby. Karen February 2022
