I was looking for a long term let in Brighton and I am so glad I found Kim; she was quick to respond even with the time difference of me being in America. Everything was booked within days, super easy. I stayed for 4 months and Kim checked in every once in a while, the owner of my flat was lovely, all around a great experience.
