Kim is a fantastic host, she is very guest focused and if any problems arise she gets them sorted out straight away so that you can enjoy your stay. Very responsive and always responds quickly. West Beach Properties has excellent host ratings on AirBnB and all the properties that they manage have excellent ratings as a result of their diligence in looking after guests and being there for them when help is needed.

I honestly could not have asked for better service from Kim and her whole team. I had 15 crew and cast members to put up in accommodation whilst shooting a tv series in Brighton over Summer 2024. We had a wonderful two-month stay at the holiday let managed by West Beach Property. The location was great, very peaceful. I was looking for a long term let in Brighton and I am so glad I found Kim; she was quick to respond even with the time difference of me being in America. Everything was booked within days, super easy. I stayed for 4 months and Kim checked in every once in a while, the owner of my flat was lovely, all around a great experience. Located in Pulborough, Shepherds Delight is a beautiful custom-made Shepherds hut for two people. Ideally suited for cyclists, walkers and hikers with an abundance of walks and trails nearby. It is comfortable and cozy and right on the edge of the South Downs. After a days adventure you can relax in the hot tub which is set into a lovely decking area. We welcome dogs and guests have the use of the front garden and their own private entrance. Also perfect for those summer evenings is the use of the Chimnea and a small BBQ.
South Downs holiday homes are located in some of the most attractive villages not far from the South Coast, especially for cyclists, walkers and hikers with an abundance of walks and trails nearby.
