This lovely bright 4-storey Period style family home has 4 bedrooms plus an additional apartment to the basement area and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
This property comprises of first stepping into a large beautiful hallway, off the hallway is a separate WC, doorway off the hallway leading through to the large lounge with fireplace with gas fire this room then flows into the modern spacious kitchen/breakfast room which is well equipped for all your self catering needs during your stay with the added benefit of, Sonos sound system, large ice maker, dishwasher, instant hot water tap, drinks fridge with filter and fizzy water. Leading from the kitchen is a good size Dinning Room with seating for all guests and off this room is the well equipped utility room. From the hallway leading up to the first floor you have the Master Bedroom with King size bed and en-suite shower, Bedroom two with super king size bed and Family bathroom with roll top bath. Then up to the top floor is Bedroom three with single bed but you can have this arranged as two twin beds, Bedroom four with double bed and Modern Shower room. This property has a good size rear garden perfect for the Summer evenings for a BBQ. There are steps leading down to the self contained one bedroom apartment comprising of front living room with Sofa Bed that can be made up for additional guests making this for 10 people, well equipped modern kitchen, office room and Shower room.
This property is situated in Medina Villas and is just walking distance down to Hove beach, Lawns and seafront there are some lovely restaurants nearby on Church Road, local shops and George Street shopping plus a Tescos Supermarket. We also can't forget about Sugardough Bakery located nearby on Victoria terrace right by the sea front, its a must to try their carrot cake!
If you are arriving by train, Hove Station is the closest station. It is around a 10 minute walk down to the property. However, if you are arriving at Brighton Station it is still not too far. It will take you no more than 15 minutes in a taxi, or around 25 minutes on the bus through town at the most. There are good bus routes located on Church road very frequent which will take you into Brighton City centre and beyond and the coastliner bus number 700 goes along the seafront.
This property come with the benefit of one parking space. Any additional cars there is parking on the road can be limited but there are numerous pay & display bays. It costs just over £6.10 for 11 hours parking approximately (restrictions are lifted between 8pm-9am). There is a machine on the road which takes cash or card, or the easiest way to do it is via the Brighton and Hove Council parking app which is called ‘PayByPhone Parking'. On here you can enter how many hours you would like and pay with your card on the app. It is very easy to use, you just need to put in the location code which will be clearly stated on the signposts of the bay you park in. You can also allow notifications to pop up which will alert you to when your parking is going to expire. You can also buy numerous days at once, which is useful if you know you are not going to move your car for a couple of days.
