We are pleased to present THIS HOLIDAY LET in 'Bedford Loft' contemporary apartment right in the heart of Worthing. This property has an industrial theme, very modern and contemporary throughout. The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, two twin single beds and one sofa bed in the lounge, modern fitted kitchen and bathroom. Situated in the heart of Worthing town centre, Bedford Loft is within 5 minutes' walk of The Pavilion Theatre, The Dome Cinema and all shops and restaurants that the town centre has to offer. It also benefits for being yards away from Worthing beach and seafront. There is also a carpark situated opposite this building and there are good transport links to other areas such as Brighton with the coastline bus and Worthing train station.
The Connaught Theatre is not too far away, this is great for entertainment. For nearby restaurants we would recommend The Beach House which is at the bottom of the road and also The Cow shed which is just round the corner. We also can not forget Worthing Pier, which is a must when visiting. There is also the option to travel to nearby cities, the most popular being Brighton and Hove with an array of attractions, restaurants and shops, there is something for everybody, and not too far away too!

The following are permitted payments which we may request from you:
a) The rent
b) A refundable tenancy deposit (reserved for any damages or defaults on the part of the tenant) capped at no more than five weeks' rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000, or six weeks' rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above
c) A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week's rent
d) Payments to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant, capped at £50, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
e) Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
f) Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax; and
g) A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device, where required under a tenancy agreement
