There are some lovely restaurants near our property that we would recommend. Barcode, Otello's and Orsino's are all very close by and do brilliant food. Third Avenue is also a newly opened place that does Brunch and Dinner and then turns into a bar at night and has had some great reviews. Gails Bakery is also very closeby and does a great breakfast. We can't forget about Sugardough Bakery located nearby on Victoria terrace right by the seafront, its a must to try their carrot cake! There are 2 Coop supermarkets very close, a smaller one on Church Road opposite the Town Hall, and a larger one on Blatchington Road. The biggest local supermarket is Tesco on Church Road about 10 mins walk. Available from April 2022
All the buses that stop at the stop opposite go into the centre of Brighton as far as the Pavillion.
Hove Town Hall (at the end of this street) is the boundary for the cheap Centre Fare tickets If you are travelling into the centre of town you can get the cheaper tickets if you catch the bus from the stop outside the Natwest Bank at the other end of the street.
To catch the bus back from the centre any of the following stop at this end of Tisbury Road No 2(including 2A, 2B etc) No 5 (again including 5A, 5B etc) No 46, some No 25 (but many of these terminate at Palmeira Sq. Hove railway station is 10 mins walk from here. To get to Brighton station, take the No 6 bus from outside the Town Hall
There is parking on the road but can be limited but there are numerous pay & display bays. It costs just over £5 for 11 hours parking (restrictions are lifted between 8pm-9am). There is a machine on the road which takes cash or card, or the easiest way to do it is via the Brighton and Hove Council parking app which is called ‘PayByPhone Parking'. On here you can enter how many hours you would like and pay with your card on the app. It is very easy to use, you just need to put in the location code which will be clearly stated on the signposts of the bay you park in. You can also allow notifications to pop up which will alert you to when your parking is going to expire. You can also buy numerous days at once, which is useful if you know you are not going to move your car for a couple of days. Just around the corner is the multi storey carpark in Norton Road.

c) A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week's rent
d) Payments to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant, capped at £50, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
e) Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
f) Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax; and
