the parking on the road can be limited but there are numerous pay & display bays. It costs just over £5 for 11 hours parking (restrictions are lifted between 8pm-9am). There is a machine on the road which takes cash or card, or the easiest way to do it is via the Brighton and Hove Council parking app which is called ‘PayByPhone Parking'. On here you can enter how many hours you would like and pay with your card on the app. It is very easy to use, you just need to put in the location code which will be clearly stated on the signposts of the bay you park in. You can also allow notifications to pop up which will alert you to when your parking is going to expire. You can also buy numerous days at once, which is useful if you know you are not going to move your car for a couple of days. Available for short lets only from 1st November 2023.
