This apartment has a lovely living room/diner with doors that lead out to the patio private garden, Through the lounge is double doors to the bedroom that has a comfortable futon bed. There is a good size fully fitted kitchen with all your cooking essentials and through the kitchen at the end is the bathroom with its lovely roll top bath and shower.

Within a few minutes you will find an Award winning patisserie called Sugardough (great croissants!) , good local pubs such a The Better Half, The Neptune and a great selections of restaurants along Church Road which is just 5 minutes walk north. Very close to the Regency Architecture main squares and roads. Proximity to excellent supermarkets and a hut selling local fish. Its a 10 Minute walk to free tennis courts, watersports lagoon and King Alfred leisure centre yards away. Less than a minutes walk to reach the sea, great walking distance into Central Brighton too, can take around 20-30 minutes if you walk along the seafront.

There is pay & display parking on most nearby roads. There will be a mixture of 'Permit Holders Only' and 'pay and display' bays. So please read the signage as some bays are a mixture of both. It costs around 6.10 for 11 hours parking (no restrictions between 8pm-9am the following day. There is also a great app for the parking that will let you know if your ticket will soon expire and has the ability to extend parking (when booking, please let us know if you need anymore information on this). The property is around a 10-15 minute walk from Hove Station. If you are coming from Brighton station, you can get the bus which will take you around 30 minutes, where you will have to get off at Church Road and walk down to the property (5-10 minutes) or you can get a taxi which will take around 15 minutes.
