In return, we ask our guests to be aware and respectful of the neighbourhood and its community. Smoking is permitted only outside. Whilst we do a thorough clean after each booking, we ask guests to leave the holiday home as tidy as they found it.

c) A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week's rent
d) Payments as a 'Holiday/Monthly Stay Let', usually Bills are included in the price (engery bills at a capped monthly rate). Some energy bills are paid separately but all other bills included.
e) When taking Holiday/Monthly holding deposits is 25% of the rental.
