This house also has utility room, TV room with log burner, Snug lounge room, further living room with log burner and downstairs WC. Situated in the basement is the games room with seating and a pool table. Upstairs on the first floor there is a spacious Master Bedroom with dressing area, Bath, en-suite Shower Room and Balcony overlooking the park. Bedroom Two with dual aspect has ensuite bathroom, Bedroom Three with ensuite Bathroom with Juliet door that opens out to first floor landing, Bedroom Four with double bed and Bedroom Five is a small double. Next floor up leads to 36' LOFT ROOM, ideal for any Exercise or Yoga classes with en-suite shower room.

It is important to note that during your stay the resident CAT 'BO' will be there so not suitable anyone allergic to cats and he is no trouble and will come and go as he pleases and we just ask guests if they can feed him during their stay.
This property is conveniently backs onto St Anne's Wells Park is a must on a sunny day and has many native and exotic trees, Children's play area, a scented garden that allows the visitor to experience many different smells, Garden cafe serving up tasty homecooked Breakfasts ranging from a Full-English to fresh pastries and a range of homemade cakes. Popular 7 Dials area is nearby Brighton centre is within Waking distance with plenty of choice on shops, restaurants and coffee shops. You can stroll down to Brighton beach and approximately a 15 minute walk to Brighton mainline station.
