Step inside and you're immediately welcomed by a striking, spacious hallway that sets the tone for the entire home. With its bold industrial styling, exposed brick wall, and a sleek concrete staircase rising to the first floor, the entrance makes a memorable first impression.
Upstairs, the property opens into an impressive 40-foot sitting room an expansive, light-filled space designed for both relaxation and socialising. With comfortable seating, a dining area, and windows on both sides, the room is flooded with natural light, an additional feature is the charming Juliet balcony. The open-plan layout enhances the sense of space, making it perfect for gathering with family or friends.
From here, an inner hallway leads to a large, stylish shower room and the main bedroom a generous retreat featuring a super king-size bed. This room also enjoys direct access to a beautiful sun terrace, offering the perfect spot for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Beyond this is Bedroom Three, also featuring a king-size bed, along with a well-appointed family bathroom complete with a bath.
This level also opens out to a private courtyard garden an ideal space to relax, unwind, or enjoy a quiet moment outdoors.
Completing the property are two SMALL CAR parking spaces. (Please note that the property includes two allocated parking space suitable for 2 small cars only or 1 larger one. The space is quite narrow getting to the spaces and is best suited for confident drivers. Access requires reversing into the space, potentially past occasionally other parked cars. Spaces are located to this driveway at the end). If you are unsure or prefer easier access, there are alternative parking options available locally.
There are additional pay & display parking in the neighbourhood. As this is a prime location, this is often in demand but there are numerous bays and parking is free between 8pm-9am. The easiest way to do it is via the Brighton and Hove Council parking app which is called PayByPhone Parking'. On here you can enter how many hours you would like and pay with your card on the app. It is very easy to use, you just need to put in the location code which will be clearly stated on the signposts of the bay you park in. You can also allow notifications to pop up which will alert you to when your parking is going to expire. You can also buy numerous days at once, which is useful if you know you are not going to move your car for a couple of days.
This property is located just minutes to the promenade and beach. There are a host of excellent local cafes, pubs, restaurants within a 300 m radius. The main Churchill square shopping area is about a 20 minute walk away. There are many attractions including the famous Brighton Pier, The Royal Pavilion, and the bustling and bohemian North Laine and South Lanes shopping area. A couple of minutes' walk away is Church Road where there are good frequent bus routes that serve the rest of the city.
