Beech House, named after the magnificent Copper Beech Tree to the front, is an Architect designed, DOG FRIENDLY, four bedroom detached house situated in Pulborough.

Beech House also includes a custom-made Shepherds hut for 2 people, with HOT TUB.

Located on the edge of the South Downs, You will be spoilt for choice with some lovely nearby walks, stunning views, rolling hills and woodland. It is the perfect getaway for 10 guests to stay comfortably.

Guests have the whole use of the place, including front, rear gardens and a large driveway for numerous cars. With a gas BBQ, Chimenea, Fire Pit and stunning outdoor lights it is perfect for night time entertaining

This detached residence is equipped for all your self-catering needs and comprises of a large kitchen/diner with built in double oven, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and large kitchen table that seats 9 people comfortably. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The doorway off the kitchen leads through to a large bright lounge with French doors leading to the front garden, doorway to the rear, to the rear garden. The lounge has a good size sofa and a lovely sense of space with its vaulted ceilings and staircase leading to the first floor.

Off the lounge is the master bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom.
Up onto the first floor is this lovely galleried lounge area that has French doors that open up to the Juliet balcony with views of the garden.

On the first floor you have one double bedroom, the other good size bedroom has a single bed but can be made up as two twins or another double and a single bedroom which is next door to the family bathroom with shower cubicle. There is also a downstairs WC just off the entrance hallway.

Separate to this lovely house is the cleverly designed custom-made Shepherds Hut which is for two people. This has been hand crafted with a double electric bed which when its raised up provides seating and a table below and goes back up when you are ready for bed. This hut is also fully equipped with small induction hob, fridge, NESPRESSO coffee machine, microwave and there is a shower room with good size shower, small sink and WC.

You will be fully entertained in the house and hut as there are LG smart TVs in the kitchen, lounge, master bedroom and hut, with Netflix and Prime. There are three Apple homepods, in the master bedroom, lounge and kitchen, and a mini home pod in the hut. Another lovely feature is that you can Bluetooth your own music through the hot tub which lights up too. All bedding and towels are provided.


Directions
Located on Codmore Hill, Pulborough (A29 historically connects from Chichester to London). It is important to note that this is on a main road and you will hear the road from this house.

The driveway has ample parking for numerous cars and there is also a 7kW EV charge point for you to use too. If you don't come by car there is the railway station at Billingshurst where you can get the bus and the bus stop stops right outside the house. You can go to Pulborough station with its direct links from London if you get off here you can either walk up the hill or there are local taxi companies that can take you to the house. Gatwick airport is approximately 45 mins. For local towns and cities Chichester is around 30 mins drive, Horsham 20 mins, Brighton 40 mins and the lovely historical Arundel with its castle, just 15 minutes away.
