Within Patcham you'll find local convenience stores, cafés, traditional pubs and restaurants. A short drive takes you to Asda, M&S Food, and other supermarkets, while nearby parks and footpaths provide easy access to the beautiful South Downs National Park.
The property is also perfectly positioned for exploring the South Coast, with easy access to the A27, providing convenient routes towards Eastbourne in one direction and Chichester, Portsmouth, Southampton and beyond in the other.

Please note that this lodge is situated in the owners rear garden and you gain access through side access. The owners will give you the space that you need, but they are around if you need any assistance.

Guest Rules
In return, we ask our guests to be aware and respectful of the neighbourhood and its community. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Whilst we do a thorough clean after each booking, we ask guests to leave the holiday home as tidy as they found it.
