Westbeach is pleased to present this stunning Double Bedroom that includes Bed & Breakfast within this beautifully newly built Seafront property with the lovely host in situ.
This property that backs onto Lancing Beach has been designed to a very high standard with its stunning décor throughout and this lovely double bedroom is equipped with everything you need with en-suite shower room. From your window and the whole house has amazing seaviews and you also have the use of the decked terrace to unwind and take in the views and have the beach life. Also on the decking is a shower, a lovely large bath and is the perfect couples getaway. At the front of the property there is parking for one car too.
The breakfast provided during your stay at Weekends will be Variety of Cereals with milk, Yoghurt and fruit, Coffee/ tea, Cooked breakfast (bacon/eggs/grilled tomatoes or kippers), Toast jams etc. During the weekdays will be all that was mentioned but substitute cooked breakfast for croissant ham and cheese selection.
This property is located on the A259 seafront road and is approximately 15 minute walk to Lancing Railway Station with its direct links to London. There is the number 700 coastliner bus that can take you to Worthing Littlehampton one way and Brighton and Hove the other way. Nearby is the Lancing shops with supermarket, train station, cafes, pubs and restaurants. We also recommend The Perch café & Perch Gym which is a couple of minutes walk along the Beach to eat and walk along the Promenade. Lancing is also a great place for kite surfing and paddle boarding and nearby is the Wide Water Nature reserve nearby Shoreham. Plenty of beautiful villages and towns nearby, Arundel and Chichester are worth a visit.
In respect of Covid-19 cleaners are taking more specific protocol on cleaning upon your arrival and ensuring through and stricter cleaning activities are adhered too. In-line with our cleaning standards, we like to ensure there is more than enough time between guests leaving and arriving for a full clean to be completed so please understand why we ask for a 3 pm onwards check-in. We ask guests to follow recommendations when entering into the property, as we take the safety of our guests very seriously. We ask that upon arrival (and after any return to the house during their stay) guests wash their hands as advised by the government. Many thanks

c) A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week's rent
d) Payments to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant, capped at £50, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
e) Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
f) Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax; and
g) A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device, where required under a tenancy agreement
