A lovely 3-storey Regency style family home has 4 bedrooms, including 3 double bedrooms and a single with a large living room, open plan dining room, eat-in kitchen with conservatory and window seats overlooking a pretty, quiet garden with outdoor dining, chiminea, loungers and barbeque. Located in the conservation area of 7 Dials you are in the heart of an artistic community whilst being minutes from the train station and beach too.

7 Dials is a conservation area with a vibrant community full of artists, young people and families. You are a minute walk from the 7 Dials local restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars and shops and yet just 5 minutes from the North Laine , central Brighton and the beach. It is friendly and vibrant, yet in our cute garden you have peace and quiet and lots of greenery plus the seagulls above so you always know you are by the seaside!

The train station is just 5 minutes walk away. The location is central and within easy walking distance of everything you need. We also have parking available.

Please note the owners have many beautiful pieces to treat with respect and their rules: is that they are pescatarian, kosher, so no shellfish and no meat in their house or on the BBQ please. We ask that you take your shoes off in the hall to help. Please help yourself to tea, coffee, dried food, spices etc. If you finish anything please replace it. The most important rule: Be happy and enjoy your stay.
