Door off hallway leads through to a newly modern fitted kitchen/diner complete with dining hatch through to Lounge, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and fully equipped for all your self catering needs along with small table and a couple of chairs. Also conveniently situated heading left towards the stunning South Downs which is a 10 minute drive will get you to the top of Devil's Dyke and access to miles of footpaths and walks including the South Downs Way. While Brighton's bars and restaurants are second to none you also have local places to eat nearby such as Galileo Italian Restaurant, The Dyke Ale House and kitchen and the popular Station Hotel next to Preston Park Station are good local places to eat.
