This property is available for short let as Furnished includes bills but not gas and electric this is taken out of the damage deposit when you leave. One off clean for the end of your stay £150, damage deposit £800 (you get back when you leave subject to no further cleaning or damage plus the energy bills will be deducted from the deposit) plus £25 per week for a cleaner to go in mid-week to clean will be added to the cost.
