Brookside House is a stunning 15th century property. With unique views of the South Downs national park, nestled on the edge of the RSPBs Pulborough Brooks. With easy access to both, on foot or by car.

With interior honed on an eclectic style, the fascinating decor is complimented by the outstanding views and expansive garden. 'Indeed, deer often roam into the garden from the National Park'.

This is an ideal retreat for anyone wishing to visit the South Downs, Amberley Castle, Arundel, Chichester and surrounding areas, including GoodWood.

The property comprises of a lovely conservatory with a walk through to the lounge with two good size sofas seating area. There are four bedrooms, one has a kingsize the other is a double bed, the snug day room folds out as a kingsize and the family room has a double and a bed that forms into a kingsize bed plus. There There are two showers, one free standing bath and Two WCs. The fitted kitchen is equipped for all your self-catering needs, with a dish washer, oven, fridge and hob. All bedding and towels will be provided. For your arrival there will be a cream tea in a box for the guests to enjoy.

There is ample off road parking on site, with direct links to London, Gatwick, Chichester and Portsmouth from the local train station.

Places to eat and drink and local places of interest:

The local pub, The White Horse, serves home cooked food and is within walking distance from Brookside house and also includes a helicopter landing pad.
The Rising Sun pub is a 16th Century free house set in the village of Nutbourne just east of Pulborough, both offer excellent beer and fantastic food. Alternatively the White Hart is situated on the river Arun next to Stopham Bridge and is one of the most picturesque pubs in West Sussex.

As the property backs onto Pulborough Brooks you are treated to a wide range of wildlife and woodlands to enjoy and explore.

Nutbourne Vineyards are open to the public from May to October and are a family run boutique wine producer where you may sample the local produce for yourself.

There are some beautiful villages in the surrounding area of Pulborough such as, Petworth, Storrington and Amberley which are all worth a visit.

CLEANING
In respect of Covid-19, our cleaners are taking a more specific protocol on cleaning upon Check-In/Check-Out of properties, ensuring thorough and stricter cleaning activities are adhered too.
In line with our cleaning standards, we like to ensure our cleaners have more than enough time between guests leaving and arriving for all full cleaning to be completed, please understand that we ask a later afternoon check-in due to this.


We ask that guests follow our recommendations when entering into the property, as we take the safety of our cleaners and guests very seriously.
We ask that upon arrival (and after any return to the house during their stay) guests wash their hands as advised by the government, using soap, anti-bacterial gels or wipes that are provided or that you may travel with. Many thanks.
