Welcome to this stunning 5-bedroom house in Hove, just a short walk from the beach. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this spacious and elegant house is perfect for those looking for a luxurious retreat in a prime location.
This home is just a two minute stroll from the seafront and all it has to offer. Come out the house and cross the road and whether you head left or right you'll see the beach huts of Hove Promenade when you make your first turn. Perfect for an early dip in the sea and back home in time for breakfast! Stroll the prom for ice-cream, pizza or cocktails at sunset on the roof terrace at RockWater. From the seafront access Hove Lagoon with water sports for all ages, paddling pool, rides and the infamous Big Beach Cafe, run by Fat Boy Slim. It's about a 20-30 minute walk into Brighton for the Pier, Pavillion and the quirky shops of the Laines or hop on one of the buses that run regularly along New Church Road. The bus stop's a minute from our front door. The stunning South Downs can also be reached by bus or a 10 minute drive will get you to the top of Devil's Dykes and access to miles of footpaths and walks including the South Downs Way. While Brighton's bars and restaurants are second to none, Foodies can enjoy a gastronomique experience closer to home, as Hove has its own Michelin restaurant "Etch" half a mile down the road. If you'd rather have a night in, our home is the perfect place. Relax in the hot tub, toast marshmallows round the firepit and watch a movie on the big screen. Downstairs, off the spacious hall is the first of three living areas. With its couches and TV screen the Snug provides a separate space to escape from the children or just watch something different on television. There's a downstairs WC then an open plan kitchen/living and dining area which is our favourite space to hang out. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities and the dining table seats up to 10 guests, making it a great space for a family meal or dinner party with friends. There are also comfy sofas, to relax and unwind and a second flat screen TV. Just off this room is a separate study/work space and a utility with washing machine and room to hang coats. The floor to ceiling bi-fold doors lead out to the rear garden which has a seating area around a gas fireplace, a separate BBQ, table tennis table and large HOT TUB. When the doors are open the garden becomes an extension of the house, perfect for Al Fresco dining. Another great feature is the CINEMA room. A great place to watch a movie or sports on the big screen and equipped with games consoles to keep younger guests entertained. The house has five double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large ensuite bathroom with His n Hers basins. There are two further double rooms on this floor and a separate family bathroom. On the top floor there are two further bedrooms, one with a King, one with a double and a third bathroom with a shower. There's room for up to three cars to park on the front drive of the house.

We had a lovely stay at the beautiful 87 Church road Hove. The house was perfect for us to spend the weekend as a family with a great open plan sociable space. The garden was great and with the doors opened up became a wonderful extension of the ground floor kitchen living area. We had all the comforts of home and didn't want for anything. The drive took all 3 of our cars so we didn't have to worry about parking. There's also a bus stop just a few meters away that takes you right into central Brighton which was great! The beach was also just a short stroll away and a little store and newsagents for essentials just around the corner. All these things made for a fantastic stay and we would definitely return.
