THIS HOLIDAY LET is a Pretty Fisherman's cottage dating back to the 1800's is in a very sought after location and just yards away from Hove sea front and one of Hove's oldest lanes!
This cottage has been newly decorated with cosy furniture to make you feel at home. This property has two bedrooms one with a double and the second bedroom as a twin or can be made up as another double. There are two sofa beds in the lounge for an additional 2 guests and a zed bed for another so can house up to 7 guests. There is a well fitted kitchen, washing machine and a tumble dryer for all your self catering needs and 1 bathroom. This property also provides free wi-fi and a smart TV. There is also a small courtyard garden with table and chairs. As we mentioned you can literally stroll down to the Hove beach and you will also find Morroco's famous for their ice cream, on the seafront road is an organic supermarket, Sugar Dough bakery known for their wonderful cakes, pubs and restaurants. Walking distance is King Alfred Leisure centre with its gyms, classes and indoor swimming pool for all the family. There are good transport links with the 700 bus that goes along the seafront and more choice of buses on the next road up (Western Road) that go into the City of Brighton and beyond. The following are permitted payments which we may request from you:
a) The rent
b) A refundable tenancy deposit (reserved for any damages or defaults on the part of the tenant) capped at no more than five weeks' rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000, or six weeks' rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above
c) A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week's rent
d) Payments to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant, capped at £50, or reasonable costs incurred if higher
e) Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant
f) Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax; and
g) A default fee for late payment of rent and replacement of a lost key/security device, where required under a tenancy agreement
