This lovely bright and well presented two bedroom house which is very close to Brighton Mainline Railway Station. This is the perfect location for couples and friends to enjoy all that Brighton has to offer with its vibrant community, tourist attractions, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, Brighton Beach and all within walking distance. This property has been tastefully decorated, modern furnishings and a choice of two outside seating areas to unwind.
This spacious and bright house is very welcoming with its open plan living area through to a well equipped fitted kitchen and dining area comfortable for up to 4 guests. A lovely feature is the bi-fold doors from the kitchen that leads to the outside seating area and there is a downstairs WC. Up to the first floor you have two double bedrooms and the family bathroom. The main bedroom to the front has an en-suite shower room and the other bedroom has a French door leading out to a small seated area..
As you step out of Brighton Railway Station this property is located a minute's walk away, which is great to just drop off your luggage when you arrive. There are numerous buses serving other areas of Brighton and the surrounding area.. If you come by car, there is parking in the Station Car Park and we can also recommend Trafalgar Street Car Park. This property is 5 minutes walk to the popular North Laine shopping area, 10 min walk to Brighton Pavilion and 15 min walk to Brighton seafront and Pier.
Check in is via a keysafe box and there will be a spare set of keys inside the property.
This property is located in central Brighton on a busy road and there will be noise from buses,cars and some nearby pubs. Everything is provided, bedding, towels, hairdryer, tea, coffee and toiletries.
