When you first arrive there is space on the driveway for one car and you have your own side entrance, follow the pathway and the Lodge is situated at the very end of the garden away from the owners house. When first entering into the lodge you are greeted by this lovely bright open Living/Kitchen area with modern features such as the Bi-fold doors that open right out onto the sunny terrace private for you to enjoy the outside, Fully Fitted modern kitchen with all your self catering needs with oven, dishwasher, fridge and wood burner. If anyone needs washing doing please ask. The living area has a comfy sofa and Smart TV along with under floor heating. Off the lounge you have this well present bedroom that has been beautifully deigned with double bed, mini wardrobe/storage along with black out blinds. Off the lounge area to the other side is this stunning Shower room again has been beautifully decorated to a high standard. Outside you have this spacious terrace area where you can enjoy the sunny days along with sun loungers and somewhere to sit.

You may hear some of the road noise from passing traffic occasionally.

This property is situated in a beautiful setting with fields to the left of you set in the heart of the Sussex Countrywide. You have a choice of many walks, and walking distance to some local popular pubs such as The Wheatsheaf along the road, Royal Oak in Twineham approx 30 mins walk and The Bull in Mock Bridge, Henfield. Opposite the property is Prairie Gardens with 8 acres of stunning gardens and tea shop. The nearby village is Henfield with its shop and pubs that it has to offer. The nearest station is Hassocks 5.59 miles away and its an easy drive from here to city of Brighton and Hove approximately 29 minutes to the centre.

Guest Rules
In return, we ask our guests to be aware and respectful of the neighbourhood and its community. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Whilst we do a thorough clean after each booking, we ask guests to leave the holiday home as tidy as they found it.
