A great opportunity to stay at this Quirky, Fun Period 3 Bedroom Four Storey Town House situated in Kemptown, Central Brighton, all within walking distance to Brighton Beach, shops and restaurants the City has to offer. You enter via your own entrance from the street on Ground Level and first greeted by the lovely Spacious Lounge/Diner with Large corner L-Shaped sofa comfortable for guests to relax with Dining Table one end for 6-7 guests to sit around.
Head down to the lower level of the property where the Kitchen/Diner is situated. The kitchen comes fully equipped with Fridge, crockery, pots & pans, dishwasher, cooker, oven, kettle and toaster, for all your self catering needs. Dining table seats 6 guests around comfortably making this a great social space.
Upstairs on the First Floor you have the Main Bedroom with King-Size bed on the same floor is the Good Size Family Bathroom with Roll Top Bath and walk in shower.
Continue to the Second Floor you have Bedroom Two also with Kingsize bed and Bedroom Three with Two Twin beds making this property very flexible for Family and Friends to share.
Outside is a pretty walled private West facing patio garden with brick paving perfect place to relax especially in the warmer evenings.

This property is literally minutes away from the Brighton seafront and when you step out the front door you have the vibrant St James street. Being so central it is walking distance to the Brighton Pier, Pavilion, quirky shops of the Laines and many tourist attractions that Brighton has to offer. Also, nearby you have access to local buses and Brighton station is approximately 20 mins walk with its London links. The stunning South Downs can be reached by bus on Brighton seafront is the tour bus that can take you to Devils Dyke which has access to miles of footpaths and walks including the Southdown's Way. Brighton's Bars and Restaurants are second to none with such names as the Ivy and Soho House on Brighton seafront.
